School Bored by Dazee Dizzle

I’m bored with school

They always testing

I’m in the streets learning lessons

They don’t have the answers

And they question and they got me waiting in line

Write your name because your bored

And you must get behind

You got a job you can’t afford

So it’s chalk that we all must grind

And so I bring my paperwork

For what its worth

More to you than to me

But still I give my facts like a jerk

Income tax if all else fails

Cause I want it to work

Don’t want dead or in jail

Cause I’m too poor to post bail

And I told him

Remember that when you get older

I’m bored with school

They always testing

I’m in the streets learning lessons

They don’t have the answers

And they question and they got me waiting in line

Write your name because your bored

And you must get behind

You got a job you can’t afford

So it’s chalk that we all must grind

I don’t want him in the system no

And I can’t own a gun

I don’t want him trying all kinds of drugs

I don’t want this for my son

So I’m pulling out the handbook

To try and see the steps that they took

Homicidal threats

They take it seriously

Guess that doc gon school us all

Recommend someone in fall

All my info and my son

Just because we low income

Glad we all in different schools

History on all us fools

Got us tracked for years to come

At 7 years old I’m thinking

Punishment at best

When I see the doc

Is he giving out a test?

This whole thing is a mess

Wishing they would send me to a counselor

But it’s not in the budget

I would gladly pay a fee

I ain’t going to the ER

In non-emergency

I’m bored with school

If I didn’t know the sum

Let the doc evaluate

We gon have to medicate

Then the school will let him come

Take him to the ER

And he probably had a bully

So tell me bout your education

Is it focused on behavior

And if not then call the doc

And why the hell they got you grading

Have him tell me that he’s mentally ill

But he can go to school with these pills

He’ll be on a hustle

Cause drugs are real

And I know it from experience

Cant we talk about this?

Theres a lot of things that a pill cant fix

Though we’d like to try

We might just wanna find out why
