I Just Can’t Afford To Barely Pass

By Joy Lynn Clark 7/29/2020 I was an overachiever at the things that I thought I could go for. My skin is barely passing. I don’t pass for white, black, black and white, Hispanic, or Asian even. The way it’s always seem to be more established. The blacks always seem to get the job. The black and whites (A.k.a. the mulatto’s) seems sort of established and they usually get the job too. Overprocessed

6/30/2020 Joy Lynn Clark I have always been self-conscious about my look. Most of the time I just cover my hair. With hats at first then head wraps. Anyhow, we are sitting there with grandma and she points out something like, “Trump isn’t going to let us get a stimulus” in…

    Joy Lynn Clark

There is a nut pretending to be affiliated with my site and may be manipulating important people for god knows what. Daisy Friday is a multimedia journal featuring my original music, photography, and written word. This journal has nothing but my original work with the exception of some stock photography that I use from time to time. Lastly, all of the production and writing for this site was done by me so, I am even the webmaster. As a musician, I enjoy making blues, rap, and dance which is what most of it sounds like. In addition to songwriting I enjoy journaling, writing poetry, opinion editorials, and reviews. Joy Lynn…
