Losing weight

Just before I headed to State University I’ll head couple of goals. One was to brush up on my math skills (I hadn’t done any of this math and 20 years and I didn’t want to play catch-up learning things new). The other was to lose weight. My meds let me put it on fast and I was not comfortable in my clothes.

I had just put my record out online and I hate it all of my photos. I looked well, fat. I knew that I was better off adding my photo to the cover but none of them looked right.

At first, I decided to run around the neighborhood. As I ran I felt proud of myself. No breathing issues. My heart isn’t racing. And I am thick as hell but handling this, yay!

About a mile out my leg feels a sharp pain. I slow down and walk a little. If I run back now I can make it in eight maybe 10 minutes tops. I attempt to jog again and my knee gives. I limp home.

I get home and start trying to figure out, “Well how am I gonna lose weight now?” By dinner my leg is so swollen.

I’ve got it elevated with ice. There’s nothing I can do, I must see a doctor. The doctor diagnoses are really common runners condition. He recommends that I lose more weight before attempting to run again. My knee is in a brace and I have crutches.

Back home with my stepmom I am on the sofa messing around with my new smart phone and having our evening reality show binge. We are watching those housewives and one of them mentioned a partnership with a company that I used to work for.

In addition, I was being honored as president of my sons preschool PTA. He was about to graduate and head to elementary school.

I’ll start a two week cleanse. Oh Em Gee I am pooping all the time and my butt hurts. I don’t know if this was really good for me, but I do feel much lighter.

I am a vegan now and I had a couple of towns away for meal replacement shakes and my general grocery shopping. My son has the worst allergy test in our diets get even more restrictive.

I start creating fitness shakes so that I make sure that I am getting enough nutrition. A document my weight loss online. I shouldn’t have shown all of the products but I did. I shared it with some friends and family but it kind of looked like an ad. My bad, my stuff usually looks professional and I was really proud of my weight loss formulation.

I figured that I probably just should post it and leave my friends alone, they don’t get this. Plus, this recipe also had a ton of ingredients. I recommend Two vitamins a day and I also Snacked on popcorn – a lot.

My weight loss shake

Drink a teaspoon of bitters first!

Meal replacement powder, Almond or soy milk, tofu, strawberries or blueberries, oatmeal, salt, and peanut butter.

When I started the math and science program at State University in the city I looked great, had a record out, and my mind seemed ready for the curriculum.

I also ran on the treadmill 30 minutes and did a dance work out eventually.
