My grandparents had a lake house that I loved to visit in the summertime.  Every summer we would drive out to the lake and have a ball.  I was friends with the lake kids.  We grew up together and looked forward to seeing eachother in the summertime.  We would play in the lake from sunup to sundown.  It was nothing for us to play on the docks and jump in the water.  We played all along the shore.  This is where I learned to swim.

During my years in college I didn’t get a chance to make it to the lakehouse like I wanted to.  However, after the birth of my son I started to come back with my family.  Boy, had things changed.  I no longer saw the lake kids.  The entire beach around my grandparents house was sectioned off with chainlink fences.  How are the kids supposed to play together?
