J To Z media is an independent, nonprofit publisher of original content through the website Daisyfriday.net. This site features original music, stories, and personal photos in the photo section.
As a child I was diagnosed with a mental disability. Although I like to highlight some my experiences whether good or bad, I have always struggled with racism, sexism, and discrimination. My aim is to deliver great content despite those obstacles. Throughout the years I have had treatment and education on my condition. I cope with my disease through work, fitness, and nutrition. I seek out things that are accessible and I work at it.
I have experience in publishing, entertainment, technology, and the food and beverage industries.
In the Summer of 2018 my studio was burglarized. My music, writing, some electronics, and my awesome movie collection were stolen. In the years following this incident, my son and I have had to fight some nasty identity theft.
Although the situation I just described is a sensitive topic; I decided to fight for I and, my now teenager’s identities. Telling our stories thorough Daisyfriday.net is one of the best things that we could do.
In 2019 and 2020 I had four deaths in my family due to COVID. People tried to impersonate my relatives.
In 2021 someone tried to steal my entitlements.
We may never have much but I want to raise money so that we can go back to delivering awesome content. We can work and this is totally accessible.
Despite all of the sadness from those past years, it is my philosophy that people must seek out their happiness. Now that the world is open for business again, I would like to raise money for travel and a new studio space to work from.
Currently, I am doing most of this publishing from my apartment in public housing or anywhere that I can get online.
I am proud to be able to publish my work and have it be professional looking. With the exception of the awesome site that I use for stock photography, I created daisyfriday.net all on my own from the design to the stories and the music.
